ecap is looking for hiring a Head of Finance to lead GCC operations. Responsibilities & Scope (as provided): Oversee finance operations across the GCC, ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with leadership. Support the Group Financial Controller in delivering high-quality group reporting. Collaborate with the Managing Director on business strategy and execution. Deliver financial reporting, forecasting, analysis, and variance insights to drive operational excellence. Lead financial planning, forecasting, monthly reporting, and variance analysis. Prepare financial models, bids, proposals; support sales and negotiations on major payments. Guide project teams on performance metrics and impact measurement. Manage cash flow, working capital, and compliance with IFRS (including IFRS 15). Oversee payroll, accounts payable, credit control, and internal controls. Build and manage a team of four, including IT support across UAE, Qatar, and KSA. Ensure statutory compliance in UAE, Qatar, and KSAVAT, audits, tax filings. Enhance NetSuite for better process efficiency.
