We’re hiring for a fast-growing gourmet retail company and looking for a strategic, forward-looking “Head of Finance” to lead the Finance & Accounts function. This role goes beyond accounting — driving financial strategy, working capital management, fundraising, and financial modelling to support the company’s expansion.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Finance & Accounts operations with accuracy and efficiency
• Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with growth & expansion plans
• Organize and oversee Working Capital Management to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency
• Drive fundraising from banks & financial institutions; build strong investor/banking relations
• Lead financial modelling & ROI analysis for new projects, outlets, and acquisitions
• Partner with leadership to evaluate new business opportunities & partnerships
• Monitor budgets, cash flow & forecasts to ensure long-term financial health
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Implement robust financial systems, policies & controls

Key Requirements

• CA / MBA (Finance) with 10+ years of experience (5+ years in leadership)
• Strong expertise in working capital, fundraising & financial modelling
• Proven track record in supporting multi-location expansion
• Excellent leadership, analytical & communication skills
• Must have prior experience in the Retail sector (multi-location operations preferred)
