<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>Strategic Leadership</b><br>Develop and execute a robust partnership strategy aligned with BorderPal’s mission and growth objectives.</li><li>Drive cross-border expansion by identifying, evaluating, and securing high-value partnerships with IMTOs, banks, payment providers, and mobile money operators.</li><li>Negotiate complex commercial agreements that balance revenue growth, compliance, and long-term sustainability.</li></ul><ul><li><b>Relationship Management</b><br>Cultivate strong C-level relationships with financial institutions, regulators, and technology partners.</li><li>Act as BorderPal’s ambassador at industry events, conferences, and forums, strengthening our position as a trusted payment partner.</li></ul><ul><li><b>Revenue & Growth</b><br>Deliver measurable revenue growth through strategic alliances.</li><li>Expand BorderPal’s payment corridors and increase transaction volumes across key markets.</li><li>Work with product, compliance, and operations teams to co-create solutions that meet regulatory requirements and customer needs.</li></ul><ul><li><b>Team & Collaboration</b><br>Lead and mentor a growing team of partnership managers and business development executives.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure the successful execution of partnership initiatives.</li><li>Build a culture of innovation, accountability, and results within the partnerships team.</li></ul>
