Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Lusail International Circuit This role is critical in ensuring a safe, compliant, and sustainable workplace by implementing health and safety policies, managing risk assessments, and leading compliance initiatives. Key Responsibilities: -Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies in compliance with legal and industry standards. -Conduct risk assessments, audits, and workplace inspections to identify and mitigate hazards. -Ensure all safety systems and fire safety measures are in place, with staff trained in monitoring and emergency response. -Provide training and awareness programs on workplace safety, emergency procedures, and compliance. -Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, ensuring proper reporting and corrective actions. -Establish and maintain a proactive safety culture by collaborating with management and employees. -Monitor workplace safety hazards and implement necessary mitigation strategies. l -Liaise with regulatory bodies, auditors, and external stakeholders regarding compliance and reporting. -Lead the management of LIC's Sustainability and Environmental Program. -Establish a professional and positive relationship with employees, contractors, and external partners. -Conduct regular safety meetings to share best practices and updates.
