We are seeking a highly experienced HSE Manager to lead and oversee the implementation of our Health, Safety, and Environmental programs. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and internal policies, fostering a safe and environmentally responsible workplace for all employees, contractors, and visitors.

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the HSE Management System.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and environmental regulations (MEWA/PME).
• Align operations with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies during inspections and audits.
• Conduct risk assessments and regular safety audits throughout the facility.
• Lead investigations into incidents/accidents and generate detailed reports with corrective and preventive measures.
• Establish and promote a strong safety culture through policy development and enforcement.
• Monitor, analyze, and report HSE KPIs to management.
• Develop and conduct safety training programs and awareness campaigns.
• Maintain accurate HSE training records and certification logs.
• Create and implement emergency response plans and conduct regular drills.
• Manage fire safety systems, hazardous materials handling, and first aid infrastructure.
• Maintain documentation for audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Submit monthly HSE performance reports to management.
• Perform additional HSE-related tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
