The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient use of equipment, managing operators, and maintaining equipment to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of heavy equipment operators.
• Ensure all equipment is operated safely and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Schedule and oversee equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
