Overview
We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide first-line technical support to our employees. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for IT-related issues and will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our internal systems. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to help desk requests via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.
- Document support requests and resolutions in a ticketing system.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
Required Skills
