Were hiring a Help Desk Support Specialist to assist with the Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System (SACWIS) a critical system supporting case workers, agencies, and the lives of thousands of children.
Your Role Includes:
Supporting SACWIS users via email, phone, & MS Teams
Troubleshooting software & user access issues
Managing user credentials and permissions
Creating documentation and support material
Helping caseworkers accurately document compliance with Title IV-E, AFCARS, and NCANDS
Working with Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools
