We are seeking a Helpdesk Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to our users. The Helpdesk Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving technical problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
• Document and track support requests in a ticketing system.
