Key Responsibilities:
* Provide legal advice to HOA boards on governance and compliance issues.
* Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and amendments.
* Represent HOAs in legal proceedings, including dispute resolution and litigation.
* Interpret and enforce HOA governing documents.
* Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in property law.

Required Skills:
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree and license to practice law.
* Proven experience in HOA law.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
