We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health/Hospice Aide to provide essential care and support to patients in their homes. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, ensuring patient comfort, and providing emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients.

Required Skills:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred.
• Experience in providing home health or hospice care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
