Job Description

Memaar Degla , a premier real estate investment company located in 10th of Ramadan City, is seeking a seasoned #hr & Admin Manager to lead and enhance our human resources and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys business objectives. Prepare, update, and enforce human resource policies and procedures to ensure compliance with management guidelines and labor laws. Lead recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes while consulting with top executives to maintain strong employee relations. Oversee performance management and create training programs based on practical and effective methods. Design and manage a performance appraisal system that fosters employee development and enhances overall productivity. Promote a positive, quality-focused work environment while acting as a liaison between management and employees, resolving conflicts, and addressing employee concerns. Manage employee-related affairs such as complaints, leaves, and other administrative matters. Identify both short-term and long-term staffing needs and ensure the company is well-equipped to meet them. Prepare and oversee the HR divisions budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Administer payroll, benefits, and ensure compliance with all labor regulations and internal policies. Play a pivotal role in strategic HR planning to support the companys ongoing expansion and future goals.
