Requirements:
• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5–8 years of HR experience in a labour-intensive industry
• In-depth understanding of blue-collar workforce management

Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition
• Support performance appraisal processes
• Coordinate training & development programs
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee relations and grievance handling
• Oversee blue-collar employee welfare and engagement
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
