Job Description

Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Prepare and manage documents, reports, and records using MS Excel and Word. Maintain and organize filing systems, both physical and digital. Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars of senior staff. Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure compliance with company policies. Handle internal and external communication including emails, letters, and phone calls. Maintain confidentiality of company information and sensitive documents. Maintain workflow by analyzing and refining standard operating procedures. Oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices. Handle multiple projects & prepare and monitor invoices. Liaise with clients by email or telephone to answer questions or provide information concerning projects
