Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and update the HR database; ensure accurate records and compliance
• Enter new hire data and maintain employee personnel files
• Track and resolve issues in HR systems; ensure smooth operations
• Prepare monthly and year-end reports on new hires, terminations, and transfers
• Draft job postings, recruitment lists, memos, and letters
• Receive and track job applications; support the recruitment process
• Respond to employee inquiries and assist courteously and promptly
• Assist in preparing employee support letters (bank, visa, government, etc.)
• Coordinate with the HR team on training, onboarding, and employee support activities
• Perform clerical functions and special HR projects as assigned
