Job Description

<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Oversee and update the HR database; ensure accurate records and compliance</li><li>Enter new hire data and maintain employee personnel files</li><li>Track and resolve issues in HR systems; ensure smooth operations</li><li>Prepare monthly and year-end reports on new hires, terminations, and transfers</li><li>Draft job postings, recruitment lists, memos, and letters</li><li>Receive and track job applications; support the recruitment process</li><li>Respond to employee inquiries and assist courteously and promptly</li><li>Assist in preparing employee support letters (bank, visa, government, etc.)</li><li>Coordinate with the HR team on training, onboarding, and employee support activities</li><li>Perform clerical functions and special HR projects as assigned</li><li>Maintain and project a professional image of the company</li></ul>
