We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team in Patna. Key Responsibilities: Vendor Management: Ensure the availability of Human Capital (HC) at the site or facility as per operational requirements. Oversee vendor relationships, ensure timely delivery of resources, and resolve any issues promptly. Hiring Metrics Management: Maintain and analyze key hiring metrics such as Time to Hire (TAT), sources, cost, quality of hire, and diversity. Regularly review metrics and suggest improvements to enhance the recruitment process. Gap Identification & Hiring Strategies: Identify and analyze hiring gaps across the site and design guidelines to meet the desired quality, cost, and staffing levels. Continuously monitor and execute strategies based on the analysis of metrics to address talent shortages and other challenges. Talent Retention Plans: Formulate and lead site-specific talent retention plans, focusing on reducing attrition and improving employee satisfaction. Develop initiatives that align with the company's retention goals, with a focus on employee development and engagement. HR Process Implementation: Ensure standard HR systems, processes, policies, procedures, and programs are effectively implemented and utilized at the site. Ensure adherence to HR best practices, legal compliance, and organizational standards across all HR activities.
