This senior-level role involves close interaction with executive leadership and requires a strong command of UAE labor law and HR strategy execution in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Align HR strategies with business objectives in partnership with leadership
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies
Lead employee relations, performance management, and talent development programs
Interact directly with Chairmans office and senior corporate stakeholders
Implement HR initiatives across real estate, facility management, and development functions
Requirements:
1012 years of progressive HR experience in the UAE
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law
Proven experience in real estate, property development, or facility management sectors
Ability to work effectively under pressure and with senior-level executives
