Provide comprehensive administrative support, manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports Organize and maintain confidential files Assist in coordinating high-level meetings Manage office supplies and equipment Undertake special projects as directed Provide guidance on talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies Work with managers to improve employee engagement and retention Support business leaders in implementing organizational changes
