Job Description

Prepare annual headcount for departments and monitor staff costs against the budget. Provide job descriptions to new hires and ensure compliance with responsibilities. Collect and review HR reports from subordinates. Lead change management initiatives and improve employee relationships to boost morale, productivity, and retention. Offer coaching and development opportunities to employees. Manage the new hire induction program and coordinate its implementation. Ensure high-caliber hiring and maintain a database to support growth and retention. Conduct interviews for various levels, from Supervisor to Manager, and manage candidate assessments. Ensure compliance with legal hiring documents and back-office HR functions. Review payroll changes and manage governmental issues. Ensure proper execution of HR processes and promote employee retention. Handle employee investigations and make final decisions after consultation. Evaluate HR promotions and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
