Job Description
- Support the HR consultancy team in delivering client projects (talent acquisition, performance management, organization development).
- Prepare, review, and proofread HR documents (policies, job descriptions, interview guides, competency models, assessment center reports).
- Coordinate client meetings, workshops, and training sessions (logistics and materials).
- Contribute to proposal decks and client communication materials.
