We are seeking a motivated HR Coordinator to support our human resources department. The HR Coordinator will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HRIS maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
* Coordinate new employee onboarding, including paperwork and orientation.
* Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS system.
* Support employee relations activities, such as organizing events and addressing inquiries.
* Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Required Skills:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
