The HR Coordinator will play a key role in various HR functions, providing administrative support and assisting with HR-related tasks.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:<br/>* Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.<br/>* Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.<br/>* Support the onboarding process for new hires.<br/>* Assist with performance management and employee relations activities.<br/>* Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies.</p><p>Required Skills:<br/>* Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.<br/>* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br/>* Proficiency in HR software systems.<br/>* Knowledge of UAE Labor Law.</p>
