Job Description
Support end-to-end recruitment (screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews)
Draft and issue job offers, contracts, and other HR documents
Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and orientation programs
Maintain recruitment trackers and talent databases
Liaise with managers to identify and fulfill staffing needs
Prepare HR reports and presentations for management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
