Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Support end-to-end recruitment (screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews)
• Draft and issue job offers, contracts, and other HR documents
• Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and orientation programs
• Maintain recruitment trackers and talent databases
• Liaise with managers to identify and fulfill staffing needs
• Prepare HR reports and presentations for management
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
