<ul><li>Support end-to-end recruitment (screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews)</li><li>Draft and issue job offers, contracts, and other HR documents</li><li>Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and orientation programs</li><li>Maintain recruitment trackers and talent databases</li><li>Liaise with managers to identify and fulfill staffing needs</li><li>Prepare HR reports and presentations for management</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies</li><li>Provide day-to-day HR administrative support</li></ul>
