<ul><li>Lead and implement HR strategic objectives aligned with company direction.</li><li>Partner with the senior management to develop and communicate organizational goals.</li><li>Establish HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency.</li><li>Oversee HR planning, budgeting, performance, and departmental KPIs.</li><li>Guide strategic recruitment, retention, and succession planning efforts.</li><li>Direct and manage key HR functions: - Talent acquisition, development, and retention - Performance management and employee engagement - Compensation & benefits strategy - Employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling</li><li>Supervise administrative services including payroll, government relations, contracts, leaves, and insurance.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal governance.</li><li>Lead change management initiatives and HR transformation projects.</li><li>Evaluate and recommend HR technology and outsourcing solutions.</li><li>Promote a culture of service excellence and organizational integrity.</li></ul>
