Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Handles employee relation matters such as performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
2. Conduct investigations into HR related issues and recommend appropriate courses of action.
3. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
4. Manage the training and orientation of new hires.
5. Builds and maintains strong bonds between managers and employees.
6. Make sure that grievances and disciplinary processes are handled according to company policy.
7. Handle Exit interviews, employee feedback, employee orientation in site and accommodation.Responsibilities:
