Job Description

Prepare and publish job postings on various platforms Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in the hiring process Manage onboarding and documentation for new employees Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records Manage attendance, leave records, and timesheets Organize employee files and HR databases Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems Track employee Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Support performance review meetings and follow-ups Coordinate with payroll department for salary processing Handle employee benefits such as PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances Assist in handling tax declarations, bonuses, and increments Organize training programs and workshops Track employee learning progress and development plans Identify skill gaps and recommend training interventions Organize employee engagement activities and team-building events Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies Maintain proper documentation for audits and legal requirements
