Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Maintain HR documentation and track employee data via spreadsheets
Support employee engagement, performance reviews, and training coordination
Collaborate with team leads and management to align hiring strategies with business goals
Ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding processes
Handle confidential employee information with discretion
Assist in payroll support by maintaining accurate attendance and leave records
