<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding).</li><li>Build and maintain client relationships; understand hiring requirements and timelines.</li><li>Draft and post job descriptions on various social network platforms.</li><li>Maintain candidate database and follow up on job applications.</li><li>Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.</li><li>Reach out to more clients for business development.</li><li>Assist in other HR and Admin functions as required.</li></ul>
