The HR Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting designated geographic regions or functional areas. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.

* Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding.
* Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation.
