We are looking for a dynamic HR Head & CBSE Coordinator to manage end-to-end HR functions and ensure seamless compliance with CBSE norms. This role requires strong coordination, administrative, and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment & onboarding of teachers and staff
• Employee record management, leave tracking & payroll support
• Policy implementation, staff appraisals & grievance handling
• CBSE compliance - OASIS, UDISE, MIS, LOC, SDMS portals
• Coordinate with CBSE/DEO/BEEO & ensure timely reporting
• Supervise student data management, report cards & exam compliance
• Support Principal in policy, admin, and compliance tasks
