Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes within our organization. The HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring that HR initiatives support business objectives. This role will involve recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate is proactive, people-oriented, and skilled in building a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with overall business goals. Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding. Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes fairly and effectively. Lead performance management systems, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback. Design and coordinate training, career development, and employee engagement programs. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll in collaboration with the finance team. Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and reporting systems. Drive initiatives to foster a positive organizational culture and employee satisfaction. Advise management on HR best practices and workforce planning. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of HR management experience (or equivalent senior HR role). Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements. Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Professional certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, or PHR/SPHR) will be an added advantage
