The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:<br/>• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.<br/>• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.<br/>• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.<br/>• Administer performance management and compensation programs.<br/>• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.</p><p>Required Skills:<br/>• Strong leadership and communication skills.<br/>• Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.<br/>• Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis.</p>
