At SSSi, learning never stops. We are a fast-growing education company seeking a strategic, data-driven HR Manager to own and elevate our entire HR function. Reporting to the Director, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle—attracting top talent, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving continuous development.
Performance & Strategy: Design and manage a company-wide performance system with clear KRAs/KPIs, reviewed quarterly. Conduct monthly reviews with scorecards and deliver analysis reports by the 5th. Address underperformance and manage appraisals, confirmations, and bonus recommendations.
Recruitment & Lifecycle: Lead end-to-end hiring for full-time and freelance roles, maintaining a ≤30-day time-to-hire. Deliver seamless onboarding and complete exit formalities within 7 working days, ensuring compliance.
Training & Development: Plan at least four skill-development sessions per month and introduce new HR best practices quarterly.
Payroll, Compliance & Legal: Ensure accurate, timely salary processing and full statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity). Handle HR legal matters and maintain audit-ready documentation and policies.
Engagement & Culture: Organize two engagement activities per month to keep the engagement score ≥4.0. Maintain quarterly attrition ≤10% and resolve 90% of grievances within 7 working days.
Budgeting & Administration: Work with the Director on budgets, keeping variance below 20%. Oversee office administration and enhance our employer brand via LinkedIn and online ratings.
