The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.</li><li>Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.</li><li>Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.</li><li>Address employee relations issues, such as grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions, in a fair and consistent manner.</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate employee records.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.</li><li>Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Experience in the engineering consultancy sector is preferred.</li></ul>
