Responsible for managing HR-related activities, ensuring compliance with employment laws. Handle onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR documentation. Manage renewals of employees visa, labor contracts, DOH licenses, passports, and Emirates ID. Apply and renew health insurance for employees. Renew centers trade license, permits, malpractice, property insurance, and other government-mandated permits. Conduct performance appraisals. Ensure compliance with DOH and UAE labor law. Lead compliance process for DOH, ADHICS, JAWDA, FANR, and TASNEEF audits. Frame and implement internal policies and regulations. Develop onboarding plans and draft/update job descriptions. Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
