We are looking for a proactive HR Officer to manage and administer HR policies and programs. Key Responsibilities:
* Administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with Saudi labor law.
* Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
* Support the recruitment and onboarding processes.
* Assist with performance management and training programs.
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
