Job Description
* Identify and recruit **qualified caregivers, nurses, GDA professionals, and homecare assistants**
* Visit and build strong relationships with **nursing colleges, GDA training centers, and skill development institutes**
* Conduct campus hiring drives, collect student databases, and schedule walk-in interviews
#### **Vendor & Partner Management**
* Meet and coordinate with local **healthcare training institutes, hospitals, placement vendors, and community job centers**
* Partner with local employment bureaus and placement cells to access talent pipelines
#### **Outreach & Field Activities**
* Attend and represent the company at **local job melas, Rojgar Melas, and skill fairs**
* Organize **field sourcing activities** in local communities, villages, and urban clusters
* Coordinate with NGOs, vocational training partners, and social workers for recruitment collaborations
#### **Orientation & Pre-Joining Engagement**
* Conduct **orientation sessions** for newly hired field staff and caregivers
* Ensure candidates are properly briefed about job roles, expectations, and company policies
* Follow-up for joining, documentation, and smooth onboarding
#### **Reporting & MIS**
* Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and daily field activity reports
