We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
* Source potential candidates through online channels, job boards, and networking events
* Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
* Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews
* Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback
* Manage the offer process, including negotiating salaries and benefits
