We are looking for a motivated HR Recruitment & Development Officer to join our HR team. In this role, you will handle the full cycle of recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and performance reviews, ensuring compliance with company policies and Saudi Labor Law while enhancing workforce effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain job descriptions for all positions.
Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Manage onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Facilitate probationary and annual performance reviews.
Assist in implementing HR strategies and employee relations.
Develop and execute annual HR & Training Needs plans.
Coordinate training programs with internal and external providers.
Handle employee complaints and grievances professionally.
