We are looking for an HR Specialist to manage payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely compensation for employees. The HR Specialist will also assist with benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, and compliance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll accurately and on time, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
• Maintain HRIS records and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports, such as tax filings and EEO reports.
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
