Job Description
· Managing key HR operations, including recruitment, hiring processes, employee orientation
· Manage medical coverage, including additions, cancellations, and approvals.
· Handle resignation, exit processes, and final settlements.
· Maintain employee records and attendance data.
· Support payroll data collection, promotions, complaints, and investigations.
