The HR Supervisor will lead a team of HR professionals and provide guidance on HR-related matters.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:<br/>* Supervise and mentor HR staff, providing guidance and support.<br/>* Oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures.<br/>* Manage employee relations and resolve complex HR issues.<br/>* Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and other regulations.<br/>* Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.</p><p>Required Skills:<br/>* Strong leadership and management skills.<br/>* In-depth knowledge of HR principles and practices.<br/>* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br/>* Proficiency in HRIS systems.</p>
