We are looking for a diligent HSE Engineer to implement and oversee health and safety procedures in our Iraq operations. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe working environment, adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
* Develop and implement HSE plans and procedures.
* Provide HSE training to employees.
* Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
* Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations.

Required Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
* NEBOSH certification.
* Experience in EPC projects within the Oil & Gas industry.
* Excellent command of the English language.
