We are seeking a meticulous HSE Officer to ensure a safe and healthy work environment on our construction sites. The ideal candidate will implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement HSE plans and procedures.
* Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
* Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions.
* Provide HSE training to employees and contractors.
* Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations.

Required Skills:
* Strong knowledge of HSE standards and regulations.
* Excellent communication and training skills.
* Ability to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
* NEBOSH or IOSH certification is preferred.
