<h3>Overview</h3><p>We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Officer to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all employees. The HSE Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements.</li><li>Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.</li><li>Investigate accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and recommend preventive measures.</li><li>Provide HSE training and awareness programs to employees.</li><li>Monitor and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).</li></ul><h3>Required Skills</h3><ul><li>Knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and training skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>
