About the Role: We are looking for a skilled HSE Officer with experience in the renewable energy sector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety compliance and promote a strong safety culture on solar project sites.

• Develop and enforce HSE policies and procedures specific to solar project operations.
• Conduct site inspections for solar farm installations, roof-top solar systems, and related works.
• Monitor compliance with environmental standards, waste management, and sustainable practices.
• Perform risk assessments and toolbox talks for site workers and contractors.
• Investigate incidents/accidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
