We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to support our Branch Operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people, processes, and performance, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple HR projects & Operations.
Requirements
Bachelors degree (MBA-HR is a plus).
Strong data-driven mindset and analytical approach.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and drive strategic initiatives.
3 to 4 years relevant experience (Pharma & Retail Industry)
Key Responsibilities
Lead Talent Acquisition for branch roles (Branch Managers, Pharmacists, Shift Supervisors, Trainees).
Manage Onboarding, Training & Orientation programs.
Drive Employee Engagement and implementation of HR Policies.
Handle Offboarding processes with compliance and care.
Execute Learning & Development initiatives.
Support and coordinate in Payroll & other HR operations.
Provide strategic HR support for branch-level business goals.
Manage projects, ensuring timely and impactful delivery.
